Booth location: Booth placement is based on a “first-come, first-served basis,” goods and services provided. Booth locations will not be rearranged on the day of the event. Moving to any other space not assigned to you or not complying with the following rules will result in immediate expulsion from the grounds without a refund.
Application process and rules: Turn in the application early, as limits will be set for types of activities and products. You will receive a map and a schedule of events five days before the event. Electricity is available on a minimal basis.
Vendors agree to provide their table, chairs, tent and trash cans. Please haul away your trash. One booth per business; it is not allowed to share a booth with another business.
If you are selling food, the vendor must obtain/have a permit from the Mendocino County Public Health Department.
Vendors agree to hold harmless Periódico AL PUNTO, Vecinos en Acción (UVA), and any other organization involved for any damages or loss incurred due to the celebration.
